Visibile in this photo, between the GMV's rear seats, are a set of racks for holding spare boxes of .50 cal ammunition for the vehicle's M2 machine gun.
This GMV also has a M249 machine gun mounted at the rear of the flatbed section.
The GMV-S is the version of the GMV used by U.S. Army Special Forces.
