Police Officers with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office (MCSO), Tennessee, Emergency Services Unit (ESU) engage targets during the 2019 SWAT Challenge at Fort Campbell, Kentucky.
The officers are armed with short barreled AR-15 carbines fitted with EOTech XPS 2 holographic sight and Surefire Scout weapon mounted light. Secondary weapon is a Glock pistol.
Other gear includes MICH 2001 helmets and TCI Liberator II headsets / digital hearing protectors.
The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Emergency Services Unit is a Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team trained to handle situations outside the scope of the normal duties of the patrol and criminal investigation divisions.
