The M3 MAAWs, otherwise known as the Carl Gustav or the Ranger Antitank Weapons System (RAWS) is a 84mm recoiless rifle that can fire a selection of projectiles with different warheads.
These include High Explosive Dual Purpose (HEDP), High Explosive Anti-Tank (HEAT), High Explosive (HE), Illumination and Area Defence Munition (ADM) flechette rounds.
