Force Reconnaissance

Force Reconnaissance Marines train in firing the M203 40mm grenade launcher attached to their M4a1 Carbines.

Force Recon Marines operate far from the main Marine forces and are often without artillery or air support, and as such, try to avoid direct combat as far as possible, Weapons like the M203 give them the firepower they need if they are compromised and need to fight their way free.
