No, these aren't Secret Service agents, rather this photo shows Special Agents with the U.S. Army Protective Services Battalion (CID).
Note the 9mm MP5 sub machine gun carried by one of the agents.
CID Special Agents provide worldwide executive-level close protection to high-ranking members of the U.S. defense establishment, including the Secretary of Defense, the Deputy Secretary of Defense, the Chairman and Vice Chairman, Joint Staff, the Secretary of the Army, the Chief of Staff of the Army and the Vice Chief of Staff of the Army and their foreign equivalents when visiting the U.S. The Battalion also provides close protection to high-ranking U.S. Army personnel during wartime.
CID Special Agents receive their initial training by completing the 16-week CID Special Agent Course run by the US Army Military Police School (USAMPS) at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.
CID Special Agents with a specialized role will undergo training appropriate to their field.
This includes Protective Service Training.
The CID Protective Services Battalion is part of the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command, the Defense Department's premiere investigative agency.
