U.S. Army Special Forces fast-rope from a USAF CV-22 Osprey aircraft during a joint training exercise.
Special Forces train and operate regularly with Air Force Special Operations (SOS) Squadrons such as the 8th SOS which flies the CV-22.
They also train with the Army's 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (160th SOAR) as well as other 'regular' aviation units in order to hone their air assault skills.
