A member of 91st Security Forces Squadron's Tactical Response Force (TRF) exists an armored vehicle during a convoy exercise.

TRF personnel and other convoy response force personnel protect and deny access to convoys of vehicles transporting nuclear weapons traveling to and from Minot Air Force Base.

Minot AFB, North Dakota, is home to both ICBM nuclear missile silos and B-52 nuclear-armed bombers.

The operator pictured is wearing digital pattern BDU in dominant gray pattern.

His helmet, also in digital gray, is a MICH 2000 with NVG shroud.

His M4 carbine is fitted with a AN/PEQ-15 Advanced Target Pointer Illuminator Aiming Light (ATPIAL) and Aimpoint red dot sight.

Tactical Response Force personnel are an elite Air Force tactical team that guards nuclear assets at their assigned installation.
