The Green Beret's CQBR is fitted a Comp M4 Red Dot sight, AN/PEQ-15 laser device and a WMX200 Visible Bright Light. Also note the flip-up rear and front iron sights.
The Soldier is also carrying a M320 40mm grenade launcher and a Glock (probably Glock 19) pistol.
