MARSOC - GMV-M Patrol

MARSOC Marines assigned to Special Operations Task Force-West in Herat province, Afghanistan patrol in a GMV-M, 2010.
The GMV-M is the MARSOC variant of the Ground Mobility Vehicle, a HMMWV modified for special operations.
This GMV-M has been fitted with an armor-pack, with additional ballistic protection visible around the rear bed and around the top MK-19 Grenade Launcher.
GMVs can have other armor-packs fitted to protect against IEDs and mines.
