ICE SRTs are SWAT teams, trained to deal with extreme / dangerous situations such as high risk searches, arrests of drugs and arms smugglers and security operations.
ICE currently has 22 deployable SRTs, each of around 16-18 agents.
SRT selection consists of a 3-week training course at Fort Benning, Georgia.
