Marine Special Operations Teams, typically 14-men strong, deploy from Marine Special Operations Battalions (MSOB) and are part of the Marine Special Operations Regiment (MSOR), under the command of Marine Special Operations Command MARSOC.
MSOTs carry out direct action, special reconnassaince and foreign defense operations.
